Refund policy

Returns Policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a Full Refund. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase in your parcel and contact us through our Contact Page. We process all returns within one week of receiving your items and will notify you via email with the details of your processed return. If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us.

Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if 30 days have passed since you received your order. To start a return, please message us via the Contact Page with your:

  • Request for Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us via our Contact Page.
